All Souneri pieces are handcrafted with care. Orders are typically shipped within 4–7 working days. During festivals or sale periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping fees and delivery times vary by country. International delivery usually takes 10–15 working days.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with a tracking link so you can follow your Souneri treasure’s journey.
Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
Q: Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item received is damaged.
Q: What if my jewellery arrives damaged?
Please email shinewithsouneri@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. Our team will assist with an exchange or credit note if approved.
Q: Can I exchange my product for a different one?
Yes, exchanges are accepted for wrong or damaged products. A pickup and re-shipping fee of ₹500 applies. (Exchanges not applicable on custom or sale items.)
Q: Do you offer repairs?
We offer free repair within 1 month of delivery (if repairable). After that, a ₹500 repair + shipping fee applies for up to 6 months.

Q: Are your jewellery pieces pure gold or gold-plated?
Our jewellery is crafted in premium brass with high-micron gold plating and anti-tarnish coating for lasting shine.
Q: How should I care for my Souneri jewellery?
Keep your pieces away from moisture, perfumes, and direct sunlight. Store them in a soft pouch to preserve the finish.
Q: Will my jewellery tarnish over time?
With proper care, our plating lasts beautifully. However, natural wear is expected over time, especially with exposure to moisture or chemicals.

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking. For international orders, payments can be made through PayPal.
