We proudly ship to over 200+ countries through trusted carriers like Aramex, DHL, FedEx, and India Post.
Shipping Charges: Calculated automatically at checkout based on location and weight.
Custom Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes levied by their country.

Order Processing & Dispatch
All Souneri jewellery is handcrafted with care. We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays), unless customization is required.
Once shipped, you'll receive order confirmation and tracking details via email and WhatsApp.
Address changes can be made only before the order has been dispatched.
Delivery & Tracking
Deliveries are made between Monday and Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM (except public holidays).
Your tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
While we assist with tracking, Souneri is not liable for courier delays caused by external disruptions or natural events.
