4. Eligibility

Individuals deemed "incompetent to contract" under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use this Website. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Pricing Policy

Souneri strives to provide high-quality handcrafted jewellery and accessories at fair and transparent prices. Prices, discounts, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Souneri. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. GST (Goods and Services Tax)

All prices displayed on our Website include applicable GST on jewellery and related items as per Indian government regulations.

7. Packaging

Every Souneri product is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely. For special or additional packaging requests, customers may contact us at shinewithsouneri@gmail.com. Additional packaging charges, if applicable, are non-refundable and cannot be modified once placed.

8. Mode of Payment

Payments for products can be made through UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or Net Banking. All online transactions are processed through secure payment gateways that comply with RBI and other applicable regulatory guidelines. Souneri is not responsible for any transaction errors, data breaches, or unauthorized payment activities caused by third-party payment processors.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pin codes and order values as specified during checkout. Souneri reserves the right to withdraw or modify COD availability without prior notice.

10. Cancellation and Modifications

Once an order has been placed, cancellations or modifications may not always be possible. Requests will only be considered if the order has not been shipped. To request a change or cancellation, please email shinewithsouneri@gmail.com, and our team will do their best to assist you.

11. Sale and Promotions

Sales and promotional offers run while stocks last and are subject to Souneri's discretion. We reserve the right to extend, modify, or end sales without prior notice. Products purchased during sales or with discounts are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received damaged. Multiple promotional codes cannot be combined in a single order. Souneri's decision regarding sales and promotions shall be final.

12. Shipping & Delivery

Souneri offers Free Shipping on orders above ₹2,000 within India. Delivery timelines generally range from 5–10 business days. Souneri shall not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

13. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or refunds, unless the item received is damaged. In case of damage, customers must email shinewithsouneri@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

Clear photos of the damaged item, and
An unboxing (opening) video of the package recorded from the moment of opening, showing the condition of the outer packaging, product box, and the product itself.

The unboxing video is mandatory for any damage-related claims and will be used to verify eligibility for replacement. Souneri reserves the right to approve or deny replacement requests at its sole discretion, based on the evidence provided.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
